Loved the on-site snack bar for my light meals , and the free airport shuttle was a lifesaver. Also, enjoyed sipping my aromatic coffee in the morning and having a drink at the on-site bar. WiFi and free parking were a plus too.

Oh, I just looooved how I needed to be let in instead of having a key. Such a quaint inconvenience.

Our room was tastefully decorated and unique, with a beautiful bathroom and a nice seating area right by the window. The location was great and perfect, just a few steps away from everywhere we needed. The place was minutes from Shangri-La downtown.

Location: the hotel was next to the main square as well as near the South Gate. And it was just a short stroll away from Yin Tong Bianmin Xiaochi, ate there couple of times.

We loved the unique workshops and activities offered at Courtyard Shangri-La. The soap-making workshop using natural ingredients was a great experience. The friendly staff also went above and beyond by providing pick-up and drop-off services.

We felt very happy with our stay and had no complaints at all.

Cozy Location and Dining Option

This place is situated in a wonderfully comfy and peaceful area, making it perfect for a relaxing stay. The restaurant here is a great option for dinner, especially when it's chilly outside. 🍽️

I keep going back because it has everything I need - Wi-Fi, off-site car park, luggage storage, 24-hour reception, bar/lounge, restaurant. The staff even helped me with a room problem at night, which I remember. Perfect for my city trip. No regrets!

The hotel is located in the historical district, not too far from the city center and restaurants. It provides airport transfer, offers personalized tours, and has helpful staff. However, the room is quite small with basic decoration and amenities. The bathroom is not the most comfortable, lacking space and privacy. Breakfast is decent but could have more variety. Unfortunately, there is no view to enjoy from the room.

The Courtyard Shangri-La is a beautiful and cozy hotel, with a wooden and typical architecture. Our room was clean, spacious, and had a nice seating area by the window. The hotel staff were fantastic, very friendly, and helpful. We enjoyed a delicious breakfast with homemade jams and good coffee. The hotel also offered free transfer service from/to the bus station. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and comfortable stay.

I had an incredible stay at this hotel in this city! The location is fantastic and it was just a short walk to the city center. The staff went above and beyond, especially Tracy and Rose who were always available to assist. The hotel facilities were clean and tidy. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, complete with electric heaters for chilly nights. Additionally, the two dogs were friendly and playful, adding to the homely atmosphere.
